Breaking through the noise
Theo and Alex were both baristas working in the coffee industry. After a number of years they became disillusioned with the complexity within the specialty coffee world.
From perplexing brewing methods to nerdy jargon and crazy flavored coffee, they wanted to create a brand to break through the noise. To simplify great coffee not complicate it.
They created Solo Coffee. "Solo" is derived from ‘Cafe Solo’, the Spanish term for black coffee, or more directly translated “coffee only”
